"So you can see that we have nothing to fear for the time being. We have the means to travel to Earth from our planet in less than two months with an atom-based propulsion method, which enables us to move at the speed of rays that are seven times faster than the speed of light.” (p. 89)
In Rael’s 2nd book, Rael allegedly made a trip to Yahweh’s planet. It took a little over 10 minutes, instead of 2 months:
"We sat down as before, and again I felt the same sensation of intense cold, but it lasted much longer this time - about ten minutes. Then the craft rocked slightly, and we stepped out through the trap door exit.” (pp. 159-160)
Before boarding the spacecraft, Yahweh confesses to lying to Rael:
"In the first message, you noted that we traveled seven times faster than the speed of light. That was true 25,000 years ago when we landed on Earth. Since then, we have made much progress, and we now travel through space much faster. It only takes us a few moments to make the journey that used to take us almost two months in those times, and we continue to progress." (p. 159)
Putting the lies above aside, Yahweh also claims their planet is about 1 light year away (pp. 89, 234). Okay... let’s do some maths. Traveling at 7 times the speed of light would take approximately 52 days to travel 1 light year. 52 days is 74,880 minutes. Now, 1 year is 525,600 minutes. If it takes 10 minutes to travel from Yahweh's planet to Earth, they spacecraft has to travel 52,560 times faster than the speed of light!
Our current understanding is that Faster-than-light (also superluminal or FTL) communication and travel cannot happen.
The special theory of relativity implies that only particles with zero rest mass may travel at the speed of light. Tachyons, particles whose speed exceeds that of light, have been hypothesized but the existence of such particles would violate causality and the consensus of physicists is that such particles cannot exist.
Either, our scientists are too dumb or Rael/Yahweh like telling tall tales. LOL
